Network Managed Services was established in order to respond to the specific needs of our clients with multi sites and / or multi agency supply agreements.

They required a professionally coordinated, cost effective and controlled supply of their temporary workforce. The result was NMS and the implementation of a bespoke software package managing the supply of all interim/contract and temporary workforce via a single point of contact and a single invoice being produced for all supply no matter what the source.

Our services are not sector specific and have been utilised in Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace and Childcare.

By utilising our managed services companies need only communicate their staffing requirements once, to a dedicated Account Co-ordinator, eliminating the time-consuming need to contract multiple agencies. NMS then deal with the agency response quickly and efficiently.

We will take over the responsibility of dealing with your personnel suppliers and ease the strain associated with handling agency workers queries, leaving your HR department time to devote to the necessary issues associated with a modern business.

If you already have preferred suppliers in place, no changes need be made and we will continue to source your interim staff in the manner that suits you. If you have no policies in place we can source 1st and 2nd tier suppliers to suit your staffing requirements.

Network Managed Services also ensures consistency in issues such as pay rates, selection criteria and staff management, and because we manage your recruitment needs, we will also manage the related administration. We will collate all of the agencies fees and other related costs and combine them into one invoice with management information designed to meet individual client needs, allowing you to budget with ease and manage your accounts effectively.
