Network Recruitment have released the results of their annual survey based on feedback received from their clients.
The results show that Networks’ customers believe their fee structure to be very competitive with 83% of clients asked rating it as ‘very good’ and 17% as excellent. On other aspects of the service e.g. understanding of their clients’ business, the accuracy of CV’s and quality of candidates presented, response time, and overall satisfaction - no customers rated Network lower than ‘very good’ with 67% of all respondents rating their overall satisfaction of the service as ‘excellent’ - the highest possible rating.
When compared to other recruiters the response consistently rated Network higher in all areas of service than their competitors.
