The Client

Goodrich Engine Control Systems is one of the largest aerospace organisations in the world. The company is responsible for designing and manufacturing sophisticated safety critical engine control systems and supply Rolls Royce among other aero-manufactures globally.

Background

Goodrich recruitment is largely centralised through shared services retained in-house to manage and co-ordinate transactional recruitment activity.

Brief

Due to a large scale recruitment drive for team of highly specialised engineers required to facilitate a new programme, Network were asked to propose a solution to manage and end to end recruitment solution enabling the new recruits to be in place to meet the lead times for the programme.

Timeframe

The recruitment process was carried out over a period of 9 months.

Budget

The overall cost of recruitment and lead-time from order to offer was substantially reduced, whilst maintaining agency supplier commitment and motivation.
