Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £30000-35000
To provide Metallurgical decision making , guidance and leadership within the lab and its associated processes
Key Responsibilities
>To ensure product & process conformity with defined procedures, standards and drawings.
>Develop skills and expertise on fastener technology
>Develop NDT capability leading to Level 2 qualification in both Mag and Pen
>Develop and sustain reporting metrics appropriate to lab functions
>Develop / define investigative processes to problem solve both in house and for customers / regulators
>Actively participate in third party audits of lab , heat treatment , ndt , chem. Process and systems ( AS 9100 )
>Continually develop your professional skills
