Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager to supervise one of their engineering teams on the nightshift. Maintenance Engineering Teamleaders/Supervisors with experience in High Speed Manufacturing will be considered, so if you’ve worked in Food, FMCG, Automotive or Pharmaceutical manufacturing organisations, then your CV will be considered.
Ideally multi skilled you will be an apprentice trained engineer (mechanical or electrical) with experience of high speed automated (PLC controlled) equipment and process machinery.
The Maintenance Engineering Teamleader will be a hands-on manager with experience in leading small teams of multi skilled engineers. With good planning and communication skills you will be able to demonstrate experience working with preventative maintenance systems and solutions.
Maintenance Managers with experience working within unionised environments with top level people management and motivational capabilities coupled with exposure to a performance led culture would be ideally suited to this position
