STR Support Worker, West Bromwich
A large local authority is looking to appoint a Male STR Support Worker for a temporary contract. This position is for a minimum of 6 weeks. Managing a caseload of 12-15 clients you will be proving housing related support:
To enable people with mental health problems to maintain (or establish) their place in the community
To work within the 'Recovery' model to improve the quality of life and mental well being of service users.
To promote and encourage independent living skills.
To reduce social exclusion
To work in partnership with other agencies and organisations
To be considered for this role previous experience in this field is essential as well as being a car driver you must also have a current enhanced CRB.
