A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Purchasing Graduate to join an aspiring Food Manufacturing business, with opportunities to progress quickly for those that have the right ability and ambition.
The Purchasing Graduate will be able to gain full experience in all aspects of Raw Materials and Packaging purchases, including negotiation of supply contracts, all within legislative guidelines. Liaise on a daily basis with key Supply Chain personnel and other departmental teams. Develop a full understanding and contribute to the planning and development of procurement policies and procedures to meet business needs.
The Purchasing Graduate will be a recent graduate with a minimum of 2:1 degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing or Food Management. Have the ability to meet deadlines, possess strong communication skills and have excellent team working ability. Purchasing experience gained through college work placement would be a distinct advantage.
